Brief Introduction
RVP series is high speed oil sealed 2 stage rotary vane vacuum pump. It is a new concept out of conventional design to satisfy customer's needs. It consists of pump housing, oil casing, motor housing, pump base and pump module. It occupies oil anti-suckback-valve and gas ballast for protecting pump and vacuum system. RVP series pump is highly efficient in various ranges, low noise, easy to use and maintain, to protect pump and environment.
1. Improved anti-suckback to protect the vacuum system in the event of sudden stop.
2. Convenient gas ballast valve control.
3. Occupying international standard clamp and flange at inlet and outlet port.
4. Convenient oil level checking and changing.
5. Occupying strong and constant pressure oil circulating system to protect the pump.
6. Low noise and vibration. Simplifide repairs and maintenance.
7. Three grounding sockets and thickened wires to safer to operate.
RVP high speed oil sealed direct-drive 2 stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are used for medicine technology, analytical instruments, research and laboratory, semiconductors, refrigeration, glove boxes, leak detection, lamps and tube manufacture, vacuum freeze drying, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum degassing, vacuum oven, vacuum furnace, vacuum coating, back the turbo molecular/diffusion/roots pumps, and so on.
